Hello

I'm a student and I'm trying to use p4python api for my project.

I ran into an error during p4python installation on Win 7 x64.

Installer cant find Python on my system.

How to resolve it.

I'm sure that python is installed. and its folder is in "PATH" system variable (I'm able to run python from "run" dialog or "cmd")

I tried using different combination of python and api:

python 2.7.5x64  with p4python-2.7-x64,

python 3.3x64 with p4python-3.3-x64

problem persists

I will be very grateful for any kind of help!

Is there an answer to this? I'm getting the same message when trying to install p4python-3.3-x64.exe. Python is in the path:

Python 2.7.6 (default, Nov 10 2013, 19:24:24) [MSC v.1500 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32

I have used P4python for years, I'm now stuck after moving to a new laptop and re-installing everything.

Try this one and see if you have better luck. I suspect the p4python 3.3 build doesn't play well with Python 2.7.

p4python-2.7-x64.exe

I am getting the same error as derdarm. I have tried both the same combinations of Python/API and it fails to install either way. Any help on this?

Thanks!
