Hey all,

Where is the most established documentation on developing .Net applications with the P4 .Net API? On the Web? A Book?

I'm asking as we are specifically writing a new command, to automatically re-login a user before the 12-hour server timeout occurs, so large uploads that take 12 hours+ are not cut off while the uploader is at home sleeping. :)

I have found this documentation on StackOverflow, which is a start: http://stackoverflow...4passwd-invalid

I'm not sure there is any single doc on building an app with the .net API. Right now all we really have is the API docs and random answers to questions here. What in particular are you looking for? I can get your thoughts to the doc team.

Why not look at the time until the ticket expires and setup a timer to trigger at that time so your app can re-authenticate, then get the time again and repeat?  The Connection.Login() method returns a Credential object that will have the exeration timeset since your server requires a login.
