Support Chat Now Available
A couple of months ago we quietly launched live chat on our website, enabling customers to initiate Tech Support cases with the click of an icon. To see it for yourself, just look for the Support bee.
Using Support Chat is very straightforward. Provide your name and email, then enter your question. You’ll be connected directly to one of our Tech Support Engineers via chat. The TSE will have visibility into any previous or current cases, license status, etc. The Support Chat icon indicates when this channel is available (green) or not (red).

Other topics include how to use the Image Diff Tool as well as how to version digital assets directly from your graphical application (Maya, 3ds Max, SoftImage and Photoshop) using Perforce’s P4 Graphical Tools plug-in (P4GT).
