I'm attempting a first-time install of Perforce on a Windows 8.1 server.
The Downloads page (https://www.perforce...downloads/helix) seems to suggest I should download the "Helix Versioning Engine".  I download this and get helix-versioning-engine.zip with some release notes files as well as the applications p4.exe, p4broker.exe, p4d.exe, and p4p.exe.  The release notes make some suggestions for how to upgrade but nothing about an initial install.  They also suggest that a Windows installation should have a p4s.exe which I cannot find.

However, the "MORE INFO" tab on the downloads page gives a link to the Admin Guide (https://www.perforce...4sag/index.html).  The section "Installing and Upgrading the Server" contains the subsection "Windows installation" (https://www.perforce...install.windows).  This tells me to download a Perforce installer called perforce.exe from the Downloads page.  This installer will do all the work of installing and configuring.  However, I am completely unable to locate the Windows Perforce installer on that Downloads page.  What am I doing wrong?

The 'Helix Versioning Engine' is a new brand name for the Perforce server and it looks like the Admin Guide docs need to be updated.  I'll look into that,  but in the meantime you can download the windows Helix/Perforce from the ftp site at the following location:
