[Swarm] Avatars! - Can we change them in an offline network?

Hi all, new to the perforce forums. I've recently started using Swarm with my team (all of us are users), and I see that if it's in an offline environment, Swarm will use one of a small library of avatars.

Problem is, we all have the same one :s So it gets pretty confusing looking through reviews, commits etc with that same icon everywhere.

Is it possible to change it somehow? To something else in the Swarm avatar library or even with a local file maybe?

We have an internal website with employee pictures so we set our URLs to this:
'avatars' => array(
   'http_url'  => 'http://internal_url/...ures/{user}.jpg'
   'https_url' => 'http://internal_url/...ures/{user}.jpg'

..and then people's pictures are associated with their reviews.

Might want to think twice about security before using gravatar. There have been a long trail of exploitable security holes in its past. The latest:
