As per the post title our Helix cloud server is reporting that we are out of space on the server. However this is not the case, we have just under 2GB's left.

This has happened in the past but seems to resolve itself after a bit (sometimes over 24 hours, other times within 30 mins). This error is occuring more frequently as of late and would really like it to be resolved.

Any suggestions from the community here on what could be the problem would be greatly appreciated.
