Hello.

We have P4D installed on Windows Server as Windows Service.
Helix Swarm was installed long time ago via OVA and is now being updated manually as if we had an Ubuntu installation.

Those machines mentioned are the two source control related machines in the infrastructure.

I assume even thought Downloads page lists Helix Search tool as Environment Agnostic, it is not, and could only be installed on Linux machine, right? If not, is there a tutorial to install it on Windows?

If it is Linux-only, could I install it on Swarm OVA Ubuntu and have it operational with our P4D on Windows, as well as provide search functionality in Swarm?

Thanks.

Ok, it seems like the only blocker is that there is no search-queue.sh alternative for Windows in VB. I will try to port it myself. It's pretty bad such things are common in Perforce world =)

If anyone has more to add or working trigger script for windows to share, I'd appreciate it greatly.
