Hi,
So here is the scenario:
  • A user click "Create new workspace".
  • A new Workpsace window pops.
  • The "Workspace name" filed is auto filled with default value which is combination on "$username_$hostname_$randomNumber".
What I tried to do is to call a trigger on "form-out client" and edit the form file "Client" row for a different sequence but it didn't work.
(Because the client row is a pointer to the current workspace that the user is working on so it dosen't have any effect on the new workspace window)

How can I change the default Workspace name sequence for "New workspace" window?

Thanks in advance,
Max.

I received an answer from perforce support that our current client version doesn't support it.
