Why does it keep randomly running some stuff without me telling it to do so?
I have P4V open on one of my macs and it constantly bugs me because it randomly starts reconcile command. WTF? How do I axe out that annoyance?

Yes, this is driving me crazy too!! Especially when I am working on a complex reconcile, and it decides to refresh in the middle of it, erasing all my work. So, I have to rush through the process, causing needless errors and anxiety.

Please, address this!!!

Turn off refresh. Set it to zero in edit / preferences / server data.

Click refresh or f5 in Windows when you are ready

It is fixed.  Go to Edit, Preferences, and click "Disable refresh all for the reconcile offline work dialog", OK
