I have folders containing all common scripts across all projects and using symbolic link to achieve local sync in Mac:

It works well in my dev application and all scripts can be compiled (i.e. the application treat the symbolic folder as a real folder in project), but when come to P4V, the folder cannot be seen in Workspace but can in Depot:

It's kind of OK, I can checkout, revert, etc in Depot...

However, it stop allowing me to merge/copy between Streams and outputing the following erros:

It seems that P4V cannot find the file in the symbolic folder and complaining No such file....

Is there a better way to this? Or any p4 commend line can solve it?

Do try it from the command line

p4 client -s -S //<streamdepot>/<stream>
p4 merge //<streamdepot>/<stream1>/<dir>/<subdir>/<file> //<streamdepot>/<stream2>/<dir>/<subdir>/<file>

See if you still see a "No such file" error.
