Hi,
I am using git fusion to migrate to traditional perforce setup.
http://answers.perfo...ticles/KB/11719
I am using the information given here. After the last step this is what I see,

Counting objects: 7472, done.
Delta compression using up to 8 threads.
Compressing objects: 100% (3701/3701), done.
Writing objects: 100% (7472/7472), 3.40 GiB | 56.45 MiB/s, done.
Total 7472 (delta 3137), reused 7472 (delta 3137)
To ssh://root@remoteaddress/opt/perforce/servers/perforce/.git-fusion/repos/new
* [new branch]   master -> master
Branch master set up to track remote branch master from origin.

The files do turn up at the mentioned folder called new, but they are not synced with perforce i.e. a p4 sync won't pull those files to my client. Am I missing any step?

additional info, instead of git unix account I am using root as the required user( which I passed using the option --gfsysuser during configuration)

Hi,

I believe I have an existing support case with you regarding this issue :)

Its possible that the push is still running on the Git Fusion server, though your terminal has been
released.

As I believe the repo you are trying to migrate/push is multiple gigs, this may take several hours,
depending on complexity of history, number of branches etc.

Support will continue to work with you via your existing support case.

Cheers,
Jen.
