Hello,

I am having trouble with one client downloading with P4V (or P4 command line). It keeps disconnecting after a while. The server is located in Germany and the client located in US. Client from Germany can download without problems.

I did set up a proxy in the US on AWS, however, that didn't help.

Server log looks like this:

When running "netstat" on the server I can see that the state of the connection changes from "Established" to "Time Waiting" when the client gets disconnected.

Ping/Tracert from client to servers works fine.

I tried every solution that was described here:

http://answers.perfo...rticles/KB/2968
http://answers.perfo...&fs=Search&pn=1

But none of those helped.

What can I do to make this work?

Server version: P4D/NTX64/2017.2/1579154 (2017/10/12)
P4V version: Helix Visual Client/NTX64/2017.2/1518788

Try "p4 -v net.maxwait=60 sync //..." from the command prompt
http://answers.perfo...rticles/KB/3751

And try parallel sync
http://answers.perfo...ticles/KB/15367

If all else fails, write a batch script to sync only a portion of files at at time.
