Hello, I have a p4d ssl server that works flawlessly with p4/p4v WINDOWS client computers.

However, I have recently installed Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic and downloaded the latest P4V client.

Here are the errors i receive with the Linux P4V client -- Note: x = ip, p = port

If I use the server information: x.x.x.x:p

Failed client connect, server using SSL.  Client must add SSL protocol prefix to P4PORT.

This is to be expect..  However if I add the "ssl" (ssl:x.x.x.x:p), I get the following error:

Connect to server failed; check $P4PORT.  Failed client SSL connection setup, server not using  SSL.

  -- Notice the "NOT" using ssl.  This is really strange because my server is using SSL.

What is even weirder, is the command line tool for Linux(p4) works...

p4 set P4PORT=ss:x.x.x.x:p
p4 set P4USER=u
p4 trust
p4 info

For testing purposes I set the p4d server firewall as... INPUT ACCEPT, OUTPUT ACCEPT.

Thanks!  :)
