Hi,

We have bot swam user which analyzes review and comments on the review with analysis.  My issue is whenever  that bot comment it gets added to reviewer list and thus get subscribed to all subsequent comments and get an email  notification for those comments. I only want to comment on the review using swarm api and don't want to subscribed to the review itself, means I dont want any notification for any activity on the review. Can anybody help?

Hello,

Due to the way Swarm is designed this is done on purpose. If you don't want this bot user to be apart of the review you will need to run an extra command that removes the users from the list of reviewers.

For example. If the bot user name was "Swarm_bot" and you wanted to issue all your comments then at the end run:

http://<SWARM>/reviews/<ID>/reviewers/<USER>?_method=DELETE

With a real example:
http://swarm.interna...?_method=DELETE

It is an extra call you have to do but it does do what you want.

Also I would love to learn more about what your bot is doing and how you are using the Swarm API. Also any software you are using to feed this back into our product manager to investigate.

Regards,

Dale.
