Hi, all.
I have a problem when I install and configure new helix core server. I applied for an SSL certificate for the server and uploaded it to the server, set the P4SSLDIR environment variables correctly, and restart the server.

However, it is not possible to login to the server through SSL. When I login, I found a mistake of "Remove SSL protocol prefix from P4PORT or fix the TLS settings." What should I do?

How did you start the instance? Is there anything interesting in the server log file? Can you verify that it is actually running with SSL (e.g. on Linux run 'ps aux | grep p4d' and check for the '-p' info)? If you try and connect from a client without the ssl: prefix does it work (which would indicate it isn't running with ssl support)?
