In the Merge/Integrate dialog of P4V and "Use branch mapping" I have a drop-down for the various previously used Branch mappings.
However, not all of those entries still exist, as some branch-mappings were deleted from Perforce.
Nevertheless, they are still listed in the drop-menu.

How can I clean-out these obsolete entries?

Deleting your .p4qt directory will erase all of P4V's settings, so that'd probably do the trick for that dropdown; just be advised that if you delete the whole directory it'll delete your connection history, etc.  You could also go into the XML files and try to edit out the specific entries if you wanted to be more surgical about it.  :)

<PropertyList IsManaged="TRUE" varName="Integrate">
<StringList varName="BranchViews">
