Able to pull but get "unable to connect to server" when trying to submit

Hi,

I'm using Perforce Visual Client / NTX64 / 2015.1 / 1233444 on a MS Windows 10 Enterprise system.

I'm using a VPN to connect to my company's network.

I start P4V as usual and log in with my password. I can browse the repository and update my workspace (pull new or updated files from the repository). I can checkout files and add them to new changelists. My colleagues see that those files are now checked out by me.

Out of a sudden I'm having the following issue:

When I try to submit a changelist, the "Submit changelist progress" pop-up appears, but after several seconds it is replaced by the "unable to connect to server"-dialog that asks me if I want to try to reconnect or quit P4V. Clicking on "reconnect" leads to a loop of trying to submit and "unable to connect".

Any help is highly appreciated.
