i have a issue regarding the SSL authentication on my Hansoft Helix Core Integration and I feel like hitting a brick wall. This is my config:

Local Server:
Ubuntu 18.04. LTS
  • - Helix Core (Running good, can connect via local and external network and accepting fingerprints)
  • - Hansoft (Running good, can connect via local and external network and accepting fingerprints)
  • - Hansoft Core Integration
    • Hansoft Link is good (can edit settings via Admin Panel and they get applied)
    • Helix Core Link seems good but can't authenticate fingerprints.
Here is a log snipped (I blanked my public dns):
Project Status:
(Verb3546456) OK
myDNS/CompanyProjects/ProjectAnansi (Backlog)
(Verb3546456) OK
myDNS/CompanyProjects/ProjectAnansi (QA)
(Verb3546456) OK

Helix Core Server Connection status:
(Verb4564564) Error: Logging in to Helix Core server failed: The authenticity of '' can't be established,
this may be your first attempt to connect to this P4PORT.
The fingerprint for the key sent to your client is
To allow connection use the 'p4 trust' command.

When running p4 trust:

Trust already established.

I tried the following:
  • Trusting the local ip, external ip, dns and localhost via p4 trust -i ssl:IPADDRESS:1666 on the Helix Core Server
  • Double checking the user & password (using super user)
  • Changing IP Address on the Hansoft Helix Core Integration
  • rebooting
The issue is not critical but maybe someone can help me out.

Many thanks,
