When double-clicking on a file in a submitted changelist (in the "Submitted" tab), the default behavior is to open the file.
I'd prefer the double-click to diff against the previous revision of that file, but there doesn't seem to be a way to change that specific default behavior.
Is this an option that could be added to the "Double-click" section of the Preferences dialog?
I'm using Rev. P4V/NTX64/2019.2/1883366.
