P4 extension

Hi
I am looking at the possibility of creating a perforce extension
According to the docs I should be able to type p4 extension at the command line but I get Unknown command
Any clues?

"p4 extension" is a relatively new command (I had no idea it existed until I googled it just now), so you'll need to upgrade to the latest version of the server to be able to use it.

Extensions mechanism has been introduced in P4D 2018.2, it is not currently supported on Windows.
